What to expect during your consult
Initial consult – this is the first consultation. Please allow for 1.5 hours so that we can cover your health complaint in-depth and to allow us to get a good idea of who you are. There will be lots of questions and at the end Meghan will go through developing treatment goals with you. Within 48 hours of your consult you will be send a treatment plan. If there are any herbal or nutritional recommendations they will be discussed with you.
Follow up consultation – these can only be booked if you have had an initial consultation. Please allow for 1 hour in which Meghan will follow up how the recommendations made in the treatment plan are working. If there is any new symptoms or resolution of symptoms will be discussed and if you have any questions Meghan will go through them with you. Within 48 hours of your visit you will received a new treatment plan.
Acute consultation – these can only be booked if you have had an initial consultation. Please allow for 30 minutes in which Meghan will follow up any acute case (e.g. a head cold or flu) or if it’s just to review the current herbal medication or nutritional supplementation and refill a script. Within 48 hours you will receive a new treatment plan.

We understand that life happens and sometimes you cannot make your appointment. Please try and provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you cannot make you appointment and wish to reschedule or cancel.
If you do not provide notice within 24 hours you can reschedule your appointment twice free of charge. If you have rescheduled your appointment more that 2 times consecutively, we may request a 20% deposit to secure a new appointment time. This deposit will go towards to the total cost of your appointment.
If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours we may request a cancellation fee of $30. If you cancel an appointment more that 2 times consecutively, we may request a 20% deposit to secure a new appointment time. This deposit will go towards to the total cost of your appointment.
A no show of appointment and you fail to contact us, it may result in a $30 cancellation and a requirement of 20% deposit to book a new appointment. This deposit will go towards to the total cost of your appointment.
